Truss Builder is a browser-based geometry and layout tool for common residential roof trusses.

Select from six truss types — Fink, King, Queen, Scissor, Room/Attic, and Mono — then dial in

span, pitch, heel height, overhang, and spacing. The tool outputs peak height, top and bottom

chord lengths, roof angle, member schedule with cut angles, approximate truss count, and rough

lumber totals.

A draggable 3D viewer lets you rotate the truss in ISO, Front, Side, Top, and Elevation views.

Room and Attic trusses default to flat elevation view for accurate framing reference.

Imperial and metric units supported. Day and night display modes included.

This is a visual geometry and comparative planning tool. It does not replace stamped structural

engineering, local code compliance, or manufactured truss plate design.

G2G Simulations — General Use Disclaimer

Everything published under G2G Simulations is built for education, visualization, and planning reference. None of it is certified software, and none of it replaces professional judgment, licensed engineering, or formal instruction.

Diving tools do not replace certified scuba training, dive planning with a qualified instructor or divemaster, or the judgment calls that come from actual open-water experience. Gas calculations, NDL estimates, ascent profiles, and decompression outputs shown in any simulator are approximations based on standard models. Conditions underwater vary. Tables and algorithms have limits. People die ignoring both. Get certified. Dive with experience. Use these tools to study, not to plan dives you aren’t qualified to make.

Construction and structural tools do not produce engineered drawings. Member lengths, geometry outputs, lumber estimates, and load path visualizations are starting points for conversation with a licensed professional, not substitutes for one. Nothing here is stamped, permitted, or code-compliant by default.

Navigation, weather, and planning tools are reference aids. Verify everything against current official sources before acting on it.

Any simulation, trainer, or calculator on this platform may contain approximations, simplifications, or errors. Real-world outcomes depend on conditions, equipment, training, and variables no browser tool can model completely.

Use these tools to learn, explore, and prepare. Then go get the real training, the real engineering, or the real professional that the situation actually requires.

G2G Simulations makes no warranty of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. All use is at your own risk.
